Beyond mutations.
Towards functional precision.
Unlocking therapeutic targets with patient-derived organoids and high-throughput functional genomics.
CRISPR/shRNA Library Products
Functional genome screening include whole genome library, cancer focus pathway library, drug resistance synthetic lethal target library, etc., which can be customized on demand (according to customer pathway, drug or disease model, such as immunity, metabolism, membrane protein, etc.), support lentivirus packaging and plasmid delivery, and provide supporting data analysis and interpretation services.
Preclinical Development Pipeline
Relying on the organ 2.0 modeling system, functional genomics screening platform and TRiC in situ verification platform, Zewei Bio continues to promote the functional verification and drug evaluation of multiple tumor directions around new targets and mechanisms of action. Our development focuses on the early breakthrough of "from 0 to 1", with special attention to functional targets, in vivo specific regulatory factors, immune microenvironment regulatory nodes, etc. that are difficult to find by traditional multi-omics methods. A number of new target candidate molecules have been validated in vitro and entered the in vivo evaluation phase. We actively seek cooperative development, transfer authorization and other forms of strategic cooperation, and welcome industry partners to work with us to accelerate the pipeline to create truly clinically transformable differentiated new drugs.
Organoid Medium Series
TRICBIO provides a complete organoid culture system, including basic conditioned medium (with serum) and factor-added medium (without serum). It is suitable for modeling and maintenance of various tumor organoids such as digestive tract, lung cancer, breast cancer, glioma, osteosarcoma, etc., and simultaneously covers the culture requirements of normal tissue sources and rare tumor species models. The additive formulation can be used to support immune co-culture, CAF co-culture and pathway activation experiments.
Organoid Modeling Services
TRICBIO provides organoid modeling services based on primary tumor tissues, supporting modular customization including PDO 1.0/2.0 modeling, PBMC co-culture, drug sensitivity testing, and other tailored modules. Our deliverables include SOPs for the culture process, organoid formation images, passage stability data, and drug sensitivity testing results.
Immune/CAF Co-culture System
Immune activation system contains CD3/CD28 antibody and IL-2 and other cytokines; the CAF co-culture system includes TGF-β, IL-6 and other microenvironmental factors, which supports the study of immune infiltration, matrix interference, drug-microenvironment synergistic effect. It is suitable for organoid PBMC co-culture experiments and supports the evaluation of killing effect.
Organoid Chip and High-Throughput Screening Platform
Based on microfluidic and chip platform, the organoid chip supports high-throughput drug screening, immune cell infiltration observation and drug efficacy imaging evaluation. It can realize multi-well bit parallel detection, which is suitable for large-scale drug screening and mechanism exploration.
Blood-Brain Barrier Organoid Model
A central nervous system (CNS) barrier-mimicking organoid co-culture system was developed by integrating brain endothelial cells, astrocytes, and brain organoids, enabling applications in drug permeability assessment, transport mechanism studies, and CNS target validation.
Vascularized Organoid Model
The co-culture system of fusion tumor organoids and human vascular endothelial cells can form a vascular-like lumen structure, which can be used to simulate tumor progression, drug distribution and vascular target mechanism research in the microenvironment of blood supply.
